We paid an advance to book a car at Royal Drive Trivandrum, only for the showroom to sell the vehicle to someone else without notifying us. On top of that, they still haven’t refunded our advance money. The sales staff and the sales manager displayed terrible behavior and zero accountability when we brought this up. Completely dishonest service—buyer beware. Never dealing with Royal Drive again.

Planned to file a complaint against them in consumer court, but don’t have time for that as I am urgently planning to buy a premium car.
