TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rider needs to be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid license at least 6 Month old.
Eligibility Criteria:
Rider needs to present a valid Driving License at the time of picking up the vehicle
2.The user has to present a valid driving license at the location before pickup. In case the user is unable to present the same, the booking shall stand cancelled.
Required Documents
2 Original ID proof
(Aadhar Card or passport ID is compulsory, Remaining One ID may be Company ID or Income Tax Return ,Electricity Bill, PAN cards, Voter ID, etc. needs to be submitted at the time of picking up the vehicle.
Security Deposit
1. We will refund the security deposit at the time of returning the vehicle.
Fuel
1. Fuel charges are not included.
2. Return same fuel as much you get
Speed Limit
1. We have a speed limits 100 kmph .
Late Penalty
1. Late Return fee would be Rs 200/hr.
REGISTRATION
It is user’s responsibility to provide and maintain correct email address, contact number, postal address, and other account information at the time of registration.
If your booking starts within 24hrs, Please call our customer care before making payment.
Royal Drive Car can refuse membership to any applicant, even if he/she satisfies all the above criteria. An applicant, on application for membership
TRAFFIC RULES VIOLATIONS
Royal Drive Car users will be responsible for any traffic rule violations (if any). This includes but is not limited to: incorrect parking, over-speeding, breaking red light at a signal and toll violations. The user will be liable for all the fines/penalty arising out of such violations. In case of such violations, the user must inform Royal Drive Car immediately.
The user will be required to pay the relevant fines/penalty to the concerned authorities and submit a proof of such payment to ROYAL DRIVE CAR
if he/she leaves the vehicle in such a restricted zone. This may also lead to additional penalties being levied on the user, if the violation leads to unavailability of the ROYAL DRIVE CAR vehicle for other reservations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A user can cancel a booking either by calling our customer care number: 9103306603 or by mailing us at official@royaldrivecar.com Applicable refund will be credited back within 7-10 working days
Following cancellation charges will apply based on cancellation time
If you cancel before 7 days from trip start
20% of amount will be refund
If you cancel within less than 7 days of trip start
100% of amount will not be refund
OTHER
ROYAL DRIVE CAR vehicles can only be driven by registered members. Persons not registered on ROYAL DRIVE CAR, but accompanying ROYAL DRIVE CAR members are not allowed to drive the vehicle.
(ROYAL DRIVE CAR vehicles must not be used for carrying out any crime or illegal activity)
(Vehicles must not be used for any contests like races and exhibitions or Off Roading)
(Members can’t use vehicles for commercial use, such as using it as a taxi for transporting people)
ROYAL DRIVE CAR users are not allowed to carry the following items while driving the vehicle:
Any object whose possession has been deemed illegal by the Indian penal code
Weapons or any sharp or inflammable object which may cause damage to the vehicle or endanger human life
Royal Drive Car holds the right to refuse a booking if the user is found to possess any of the above items.
Use of the vehicles is subject to the laws of India. The vehicle cannot be driven in areas where entry is prohibited by the central or state government.
Illegal use of the vehicle will be reported to the concerned authorities by ROYAL DRIVE CAR followed by the suspension or termination of service immediately. In the case of non-compliance, appropriate actions may be taken against the user by the concerned local, state, and/or national authorities. In such scenario, the entire sum of security deposit will be retained by ROYAL DRIVE CAR.
Availability of a particular vehicle at all times is not guaranteed by ROYAL DRIVE CAR.
If incase you do not return the vehicle to the designated drop-off location by the end of your original reservation time, ROYAL DRIVE CAR reserves the right to take possession of the vehicle from you immediately or any time thereafter, and at any location. In such an event,
You will be charged late fee, inconvenience fee and any other charges applicable as per ROYAL DRIVE CAR’ fee policy from the scheduled end time of your original booking till the time the vehicle is recovered from you.
You will also be liable to pay any additional costs incurred by ROYAL DRIVE CAR in taking possession of the vehicle from you
All expenses incurred during the rental period on the vehicle such as parking fee, fine, tickets/challans, etc. will be borne by the user.
Any physical damage /theft / loss to the car will be the sole responsibility of the person to whom Royal drive car is renting its car.
Traffic rules should be followed and any penalty is to be borne by the hirer. Police FIR will be filed in case of any fraud/misuse. Full charges will be recovered from the hirer.
If any death with/by/inside/outside the car due to any circumstances occurs, only and only the person hired car will be considered responsible for it. He/she has to pay for the car to Royal Drive Car as well as handle all legal actions against him/her or car.
Royal Drive Car always provide neat and clean cars to the customers and we bound to take it back in the same clean condition. If customer returns it back in dirty condition, ROYAL DRIVE CAR will cut some nominal amount of its washing and dry cleaning(if required)
Our all cars are fully insured at all times but in case of any damage by the customer, no claim from the insurance will be taken by ROYAL DRIVE CAR Insurance claim will only be taken if the damage exceeds amount rs 50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) if car actual value is less than 10lakh or 1lakh if car actual value is more than 10,00000/- (10 lakh rupees)
That in case of insurance claim due to major/minor accident by the client/customer, ROYAL DRIVE CAR reserves right to hold the total damaged estimate amount provided by the dealership at the time of rough estimation for repair cost from client Which is refundable only after getting approval for insurance claim from the insurance company. Refundable amount will be calculated as follows
Estimated days to repair (multiply) per day rent for the car + depreciated value of car & file charge + other expenses
. In case if due to any circumstances and consequences, insurance company denies/refuses to approve claim OR deduct any percentage from approved claim amount. Customer has to pay estimated damaged amount provided by dealership to ROYAL DRIVE CAR and the amount deducted from approved claim amount to ROYAL DRIVE CAR too
If customer denies paying estimated damage cost to ROYAL DRIVE CAR, ROYAL DRIVE CAR reserves full right to sue client/customer or take any relevant action against him/her.
In case of RC misplacement by the customer. A penalty of rs 20000/- (twenty thousand Rupees) will be charged to the customer straight away with a written consent that when and how it got misplaced.
Car must be returned on committed returning date. Customer can extend the car by providing prior intimation to ROYAL DRIVE CAR along with the amount for the days to be extended. If customer didn’t intimate/inform, pay amount or cooperate with ROYAL DRIVE CAR in any way. ROYAL DRIVE CAR have full right to take back its car without any prior notice from any location, at any time and take legal and relevant action against customer.
The customer should not change or remove any car spare parts. In case of emergency, the customer should inform ROYAL DRIVE CAR and act as per advice. The customer will be charged a penalty of Rs. 5000 over and above the cost of spare part.
If customer damages car and ran away from the spot and don’t answer calls or messages from ROYAL DRIVE CAR hold full right to indemnify and put all expense of repair (without utilizing insurance) and other expense if any along with all other third party property or life loss to customer. Customer has to pay for all with no objection else ROYAL DRIVE CAR have full right to complaint against customer and sue him/her in court if required.
That due to any/some offense by the customer/client, if RC or any other document or the car itself gets impounded by police official or court. Customer must have to pay for all penalty put by government of India and have to take responsibility to get our car back to us, free from all litigations and in clear state. he/she has to pay per day rent until he/she hands over/return our car or any impounded document and accessory to us.
